I recently asked a class about there being a Wanka in the German government.

OK you couch potatoes – stand up, move around and do only 3 minutes exercise a week to get fit. Are they kidding? Well – read and find out. 🙂
(P.S. at the moment I do around 60 minutes exercise on my Crosstrainer and around 90 to 120 minutes back/yoga/pilates a wekk. Unless I don’t that is 🙂

Messages. OK I know that I can claim it back – but that takes 3 months. So I have to pay this money up front to the garage who repair my car -and then wait for 3 months to get it back from the Finanzamt.

Well – first snow of the year is here – and, for a whiile at least, I think it is pretty and I want to go out and walk in it and marvel at how white and picture post.card everything looks.
Of course I will soon remember how bad it is when I have to dig my car out of the snow drift thrown on it by the snow ploughs 🙁 and getting caught in long traffic jams caused by those people too afraid to drive more than 5 KMPH – or again those with rear wheel drive who slip and slide all over the place (BMW and Mercedes).
Actually I think that is a bit of a laugh – it is the only schadenfreunde that I get for those B*********s that drive around in their expensive cars 🙂
So – Christmas is just around the corner now – enjoy December!!
